The Braag Submissions Window

The Braag publishes small books of poetry and speculative fiction! Submissions are open through the month of JULY this year.

We are looking for POETRY PAMPHLETS of between 15-30 pages, as well as SHORT STORY COLLECTIONS / NOVELLAS IN FLASH / EXPERIMENTAL AND HYBRID PROJECTS between 8k - 40k words. These must be by authors currently living (at least part-time) in the UK.

We are also looking for MICRO-CHAPBOOK submissions which are 9 pages of work A6 / 2.5k words, from authors WORLDWIDE.

We do not charge submission fees.

Please, please PLEASE read our full guidelines before submitting, they’re not long and I’ve tried to make them as straightforward for everyone as possible. The guidelines are not arbitrary and reflect what the press is able to manage to accept, edit, and promote with the care and attention it deserves.
